For more than a quarter of a century, Swathy Central School, at Vaniyamkulam is acclaimed as a centre of holistic education, which follows the noble aims of the national curriculum framework in their letter and spirit. It is affiliated with the CBSE, New Delhi. Our school strives to achieve national standards in the processes of intellectual empowerment and character building of our students.

Ever since its inception, Swathy has been writing success stories by attaining laurels in Board examination results and eminence in the inter-school cultural as well as sports and games competitions Toddlers enter the school campus into our fold, and responsible teenagers mature under our guidance, finally step out into the big wide world as competent, innovative, liberal and socially responsible global citizens.

A committed Management is the guiding light behind our endeavours. Our well-qualified and caring faculty and staff play a vital role in the holistic development of the students.

The post 2019 period to date has been a trying phase in the lives of all of us. Because of the rise of the pandemic almost all our social and group activities are being put on hold, and educational enterprises are also no different. The academic world had to redesign its modus operandi en masse. We, at Swathy, both the teachers and the learners have successfully got adjusted to the new challenges and could pursue online teaching-learning activities effectively, within the constraints of a socially distanced learning environment.

Education is more a process than a product - a life-long activity. We have to place right the premises of the intellectual and emotional dynamics of learners’ evolution. This is an arduous task and cannot be accomplished alone by a school. For this, we need the joint enterprise of all the stakeholders. A positive, inclusive, and long-standing relationship with the parent community is our main forte.
